Biography
With her remarkable sense of wit and style, Sarah Douglas commands attention as an actress. In 'Conan The Destroyer' she proved herself to be quite a formidable seductive queen capable of capturing the heart of Arnold Schwarzeneggar, As the super villain Ursa, in 'Superman I & II, she was a perfect combination of wickedness and sexiness.
Born in England, Sarah Douglas is an outspoken woman who is constantly on the go, involving herself not only in community politics, but on an international level as well. Her love of gardening is only outmatched by her love of working with children and it is not widely known that she indeed has a teaching credential which she keeps threatening to put to use!
International recognition came to Ms. Douglas with the Superman films, but it was the role of tenacious Pamela Lynch in CBS' "Falcon Crest" that solidified her reputation as the girl you love to hate. Science fiction also loves Ms. Douglas as she proved in the mini-series, "V" and as "Deathwalker" in the episode of the same name on the popular Babylon 5 series.
With a career spanning over 20 years, fans are always surprised at how versatile Ms. Douglas can be, and are even more shocked when they meet her in person, when they find out what a funny and warm woman she is. That is one of the reasons that going to conventions continues to intrigue her, she loves showing her "other" side!
Along with the aforementioned roles, Sarah has also appeared in "Space, 1999", and Stargate, SG-1 among her numerous credits, while she may be known as the ultimate villain, it is as the gracious, talented woman that fans find her to be that marks her true success.
